Mike pointed out inconsistencies in the alleged victim’s story and presented the prosecutor with video evidence contradicting the alleged victim’s story. Mike’s client was sentenced to no jail time, a small fee, and one year of probation. However, once Mike’s client paid the fee, then he was discharged from probation.
