Nicole Kettwick’s client was charged with DWI for an incident occurring in October of 2016 in Coon Rapids, Anoka County. In preparing the case, Nicole gathered all of the information relating to the incident as well as a packet of information outlining her client’s excellent standing in the community. Based upon all of this information, Nicole and her client agreed to enter into a negotiation with the Prosecutor.
Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the Prosecuting Attorney agreed to reduce the charges from a Third Degree DWI to a Fourth Degree DWI. Nicole’s client was placed on one year if supervised probation with a minimal fine.
