Yes, possibly. If you possess or disseminate to others pornographic work involving a minor knowing or with reason to know its content and character, you could be guilty of a felony under Minn. Stat. § 617.247. A minor is any person under the age of 18. A nude picture could be considered pornographic work. This could involve any photo or video of lewd exhibition of a minor’s genitals or of oral sex or sexual penetration involving a minor. Just possessing such pictures, even if willingly photographed and sent to you by your boyfriend or girlfriend, could land you in trouble if discovered by law enforcement. And you could be charged with a separate felony for each such photo on your phone or computer. State v. Bakken, 883 N.W.2d 264 (Minn. 2016).
