Mike Brandt’s client was charged with Disorderly Conduct from an incident occurring on December 24, 2017 in Wright County. His client was part of a group that got into a bit of a melee and several neighbors called the police. As part of his representation, Mike had his investigator speak to various witnesses who pointed out that the fracas ensued because Mike’s client had been the victim of some unwanted sexual advances. Mike pointed this out to the prosecutor and provided her with his witness statements. Based upon those factors, the prosecutor dismissed the charges.
