Nicole Kettwick’s client was initially facing felony theft charges for taking items from his place of employment and selling them on eBay. Employee thefts usually disqualify people from getting into the a diversion type program but after negotiating with the prosecutor, Nicole was able to get her client into a diversion program and placed on unsupervised probation through them. If her client complies with the minimal conditions, the charges will be dismissed in one year. Felony charges of any sort can make it difficult to obtain a job, especially theft charges. With the client’s desire to change and Nicole’s hard work and success in Court, her client will be able to learn from his mistake and move on with his life in a more positive direction.
