Nicole’s client was charged with Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor, a Gross Misdemeanor, in Eden Prairie after a sting was conducted at the restaurant her client worked at. Nicole and her client disputed the charges and interviewed several other employees of the restaurant in preparing for trial. Prior to the commencement of the trial, the prosecutor agreed to a Continuance for Dismissal based on the facts of the case. This means that as long as Nicole’s client does not commit any same or similar offenses in the next year, she will never be convicted of this offense.
