Nicole Kettwick got a probation violation dismissed out of Anoka County. Her client was recently charged with violating his probation for failure to remain law abiding, not following the rules of probation, and getting a new charge, namely, a new domestic assault charge in another State. Nicole’s client was facing up to 90 days in jail. Nicole was able to get the hearing on the probation violation continued so that her client had time to work out the charges in another state. After working with her client to make a plan about what to do, her client was able to get the charges for domestic assault in another state dismissed. At the hearing Nicole was then able to get the probation violation dismissed.
